a)
Break the egg into the dry ingredients.
b) Add the 25g of soft margerine and the 6 tbsp of milk to the mix
c) Add the mashed banana to the mix and beat with the wooden spoon
until the mix has a smooth consistency (Monkey says this can be
hard work!)
Spoon
the mixture into the 9 muffin tins - making each roughly equal,
but of course ensuring you have a couple of big ones in there too
for the more greedy monkeys!
Put
the baking tray into the pre-heated oven and bake for approximately
25 minutes!

all you have to do is sit back for 25 minutes whilst they rise in
